​You're invited to the MN Forestry Get-Together!

The Minnesota Forestry Get-Together is the 2024 MN SAF winter meeting.
You're invited to attend!

The Minnesota Forestry Get-Together intends to bring together members of Minnesota's Forestry Community* for continuing education, professional development, networking, eating together, and MN SAF business meetings. Wednesday's banquet dinner and Thursday's snacks and lunch are included in registration costs.

Registration for professionals and students are separated below. Please follow the appropriate link.

Early bird (until March 6) = $150
Late (March 7 - 21) = $175
SAF Retiree or Gold member = $50

Student Registration page
Registration is free to all students enrolled in a forestry or natural resources related program within the state of Minnesota! Registration costs are being covered by MN SAF, SAF members, and sponsors.

Draft Agenda

​Events will be held at the Timberlake Lodge in Grand Rapids, MN. Lodging is available at the Timberlake Lodge or other nearby hotels. Group rates for the Timberlake Lodge are available - Single beds are $159 + tax and Double beds are $164 + tax. To be included in our group’s block of hotel rooms, please call by February 20th and note the “Minnesota SAF Meeting.”

Minnesota Stewardship Plan Writer Credits (9.5) and SAF Continuing Education Credits (TBD) will be available.

*The Minnesota Forestry Community includes anybody dedicated to the health and wellness of forest ecosystems, wildlife, economic systems, etc. Minnesota SAF strives to provide a welcoming and accommodating environment for all event participants.

​A private Mother’s Room will be available for any current or expecting mothers - unfortunately, refrigeration will not be directly available in the mother's room.
